Phase 1 - Strategy & Structure

MBS came to us ready to launch an exciting and incredibly valuable service: Mental Healthcare for children and adults in all stages of life. This friendshilp-founded business needed a website to raise awareness about their counseling services and list of qualified therapists.

The goal for the new site was to accomplish two key purposes: host a wealth of resources in a browseable, search-friendly structure, and showcase their team’s expertise and services in a way that encourages conversions.

The user journey needed a gentle, supportive touch due to the nature of the issues their audience might be facing.

Phase 2 - Design & Launch

We really enjoyed working with MBS's existing branding. Their calm blue mixed with our own neutral color pallette evokes calm, serenity and peace in their user-experience.

We kept their style consistent throughout the rest of the web design while using helpful iconography to guide users through the services they might need.

Phase 3 - Launch & Maintain

The new MBS site is a welcoming wealth of mental health information. Visitors are able to quickly navigate to support by service or life stage, and learn what MBS' team can provide to get them started.

Their site has maintained an impressive engagement rate, steady conversions, and excellent page speeds since launch.
